Roughly seven-in-ten black Americans (71%) say they have personally experienced discrimination or been treated unfairly because of their race or ethnicity, including 11% who say this is something they experience regularly.
Employment is hard to come by for non-whites because of how the education system was set up during apartheid. White education focused on reading, language and math, while non-white education mainly trained people to become unskilled laborers so that white people would not have to compete with non-white people for high-paying jobs.
If we truly believe in fairness and equality in every aspect of life then we must work to make sure that each and every individual are able to receive an equal amount of gifts and benefits.
to remind that inside all the people are equal and the real value of a person is determined not with their skin color but with the deeds they do with their hands, God made the hands of the black people lighter than the rest of their skin.
