- Be sure to register for the conference. After you register, you will be sent a confirmation email with the Zoom links you need to join the virtual sessions.
- You can join the conference sessions by cut-and-pasting Zoom links into your browser. However, your Zoom experience will be better if you download the application to your device. You can download the application from the Zoom website.
- Note that your Zoom layout will look a little different depending on whether you join from a desktop/laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
- If you have downloaded the Zoom application previously, please be sure you have the latest updates. Open the Zoom application, and the under the menu tab "zoom.us", click on "Check updates".

- Check and mute your microphone when you enter a conference session.
- Please keep your microphone muted unless you are speaking.
- We will be recording the conference sessions. If you do not wish to appear in the Zoom screen, please turn your webcam off.
- If your webcam is on, don't forget that others can see you. Please refrain from multi-tasking so you do not distract the speaker or the audience. If needed, turn off your webcam.
- You are welcome to ask questions via the Chat box. The presenters will address those questions during the Q & A portion of their sessions.
