Guidelines for Zoom Participation

  • Check and mute your microphone when you enter a conference session.

  • Please keep your microphone muted unless you are speaking.

  • We will be recording the conference sessions. If you do not wish to appear in the Zoom screen, please turn your webcam off.

  • If your webcam is on, don't forget that others can see you. Please refrain from multi-tasking so you do not distract the speaker or the audience. If needed, turn off your webcam.

  • You are welcome to ask questions via the Chat box. The presenters will address those questions during the Q & A portion of their sessions.
