Youth English Docent Academy

The Museum of Sexual Slavery by Japanese Military is both a space where the victims actually lived and an important venue for modern and contemporary history education that attracts visitors from both Korea and abroad. With the recent increase in student groups and foreign visitors, there is a growing need for professional docents who can systematically convey the exhibition content. In response, the Museum is launching an intensive English docent training program for youth to strengthen their interpretation skills grounded in historical understanding and to provide them with opportunities for career exploration.
