In 2015 the company Carl's Jr advertised an "all natural burger" in a commercial featuring the famous actor Charlotte McKinney. The commercial is only about a minute long, it begins with the actor walking through a street and seems to be naked because no clothing is seen. While she's walking down the road obstacles cover her naked parts. First, a guy is shown spraying a water hose and the water stream covers her nipples. Then, tomato's are seen covering her bottom and onions are put in front of her to cover her breasts from view. It isn't until the end when we see the burger, the commercial mainly focuses on the actor and sexualizes her body.

In the first clips of the commercial the actor is walking down a street with little to nothing on, the camera angles make it looks as if she's naked. In the clip she notices she's catching the guys attention and gives them seductive looks. Her voice is then played in the commercial and she says, "I love going all natural, it just makes me feel better". This quote initiates that she is naked and that it makes her "feel better". Then, she continues to walk while guys are staring at her in awe. The next clip then cuts to her walking up to a scale where onions are placed so her breasts aren't showing. Her voice is put into the video again saying, "nothing between me and my all natural juicy beef". After this is stated a male figure is seen looking down at her bottom. What the actor states throughout the video was suppose to contribute to the "all natural burger" but the video creators also made the quotes seem sexual by how they added them into the video. This commercial was mainly made to objectify this actor and use her and her looks for views and to help their business.

This commercial was clearly made to be seductive and try to persuade people into buying their food. The commercial was suppose to be created to show off the new burger but it mainly shows half naked clips of a woman and objectifies her by using her body. In Kilbourne's article she states, "All women are vulnerable in a culture in which there is such widespread objectification of women's bodies"(pg. 505). When reading Kilbourne's writing you can infer she's against the use of peoples bodies in ads or commercials because it objectifies them. Her quote goes along well with my statements about this commercial.
