p. 118 between lines -7 and -3: odd/even should be swapped.
p. 127, after (b.2): The paragraph starting with "Of course..." should not be at this place but rather at the end of the subsection, as it presumes that Proposition D(ii) is satisfied (v and Z are inverses).
p. 128, subsection 6.4.3.1: The first inequality should be \le instead of \ge, and the order n^{1-2c} should be n. (The point is: if the method worked then Proposition D(ii) and having the same orders for a_n and (v_n)^{1/2} would contradict (b).)
p. 143: There is missing factor on p.143. at step 2 in the proof of the critical case. However, the conclusion following (6.35) is correct. The extra factor has no effect in the limit.
p. 156: in the first displayed formula, -1 should be replaced by 1/(2p_n); in the second displayed formula p_n should be p_{n_{k}}. The argument is the same, using that 1/(2p_n) is at least 1/2.
