Woodworking: The latest thing I built was a banquette / storage bench and a built-in bookshelf. I wish I had my own shed!
Exercise: While I am a literature PhD, I do do Crossfit. But, I try not to be annoying about it.
Cooking: I'm the most proud of my fish tacos. But, I make a mean pesto and risotto. I'm pescatarian, too.
Fermentation: I love to let bacteria help me make mustard, pickled cucumbers, carrots, okra, hot sauce, sauerkraut, and kimchi.
