Объект находится на территории бывших отстойников по результатом топосьемки был получена существующая поверхность площадки В качестве подготовительных работ предусматривается снятие бортов. В результате получена поверхность без бортов и подсчитан объем грунта, который необходимо убрать в ходе подготовителных работ. Так как участок имеет значительный уклон, большую трудность представляло выбор варианта посадки зданий. Инструментами Civil, после прикидки вертикалки по пожарному проезду были получены разрезы по зданию и построена поверхность, которая показывает объем снятия (подсыпки) грунта под плиту подвала каждого из корпусов в нескольких вариантах . Цветами показаны различные объемы выемки или насыпи для упрощенного понимания объема работ заказчиком и выбора рабочего варианта Данный объект еще не закончен
