Is Gender Distribution the same for all degrees?
In recent years, there has been a significant focus on addressing the "gender gap" in the United States. However, the data above reveals that there is still a notable difference in graduation rates between males and females in the country. Additionally, the majority of graduates are white, followed by non-residents and Asians, which is not surprising given the large number of international students in the USA. Moreover, the number of male graduates is significantly higher than that of female graduates for all degree types. Furthermore, the graphs illustrate that the proportion of male to female graduates is lower among Asians in all cases from 2014 to 2020.
