Cement your leak-prone cracks
This affordable waterproofing method uses cement combined with acrylic additives to create a sturdy waterproof material used on building sides or flat cement roofs.Its aim is to keep rain out of areas that are prone to pooling water. Your hired contractor will apply a coat of cement mixture over hairline cracks to fill them in and prevent them from spreading.
Unfortunately, the cement is still cement. Apart from its long drying time, this mixture is not very flexible. Fill cracks with a PU injection
