WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED:
Hunts do not include meals. We do offer the use of our kitchen and grill for your convenience. Restaurants are available in Camp Wood (3 miles South) and Barksdale (1 mile North) of the ranch.
Rifle of choice and ammunition
Large ice chests and ice to carry game home in. Nearest ice machine is in town about 3 miles away
Alcoholic beverages
Shipping or transportation of harvested animals
Taxidermist not included
HARVESTED, WOUNDED, MISSED OR NO SHOT WAS TAKEN
We will make every effort to find all wounded animals, but in the event, we are unable to locate the animal, the animal is harvested. (Tracking dogs can be used if the hunter desires and will be at the hunters sole expense)
Payment in full is due, whether an animal is harvested, wounded, missed or no shot was taken (equipment malfunctions, decide to sleep in and relax in the cabin, etc.).
If we find the trophy animal at a later date we will contact the hunter to allow them to determine if they desire the harvested animal.
DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES:
50% NON-REFUNDABLE - Earnest money deposit is required for all hunts.
Hunts are booked by deposits only. Deposits must be received for hunting date(s) to be confirmed.
In a rare case, you decide to cancel, we will reschedule your hunt in order that you do not lose your deposit. The rescheduled hunt has to be within 30 days of the cancellation date of the original hunt or at our discretion.
Payment of the remaining balance is due upon arrival at the ranch. Any additional charges for substitutions and/or services will be due prior to exiting the ranch. We accept personal checks or credit cards for deposits only.
On location at the ranch, we accept cash or credit cards only.
For your convenience, we accept Credit Cards with a small 3.5% credit card company processing fee added to all credit card charges.
OTHER:
All hunters and nonhunters are required to sign the Release of Liability upon arrival at the camp.
