In July, we climbed Mt. Kenzan to build up our physical strength for the summer measurement.

In December, three graduate students stayed at the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI) and conducted research activities.

This year we cleaned up the student room,and there it was transformed into a comfortable room.

In April, Associate Professor Tanaka Yu was appointed to a new position.

In March, Professor Saito Kuniyuki retired.
