Eligibility
Citizenship (13 countries)
Asia: Indonesia, Mongolia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Nepal, Myanmar
Africa: Egypt, Republic of South Africa, Ethiopia, Tanzania
Degree and Age
Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree and have some experiences in science and technology.
Applicants must be under the age of forty in the time for submitting the application (born after 1st July, 1981).
Language Ability
Applicants must speak and write English or Korean
