Mission of the project

The goal was to provide a feasibility study to the church in order to reduce operating costs while at the same time reducing the church's carbon footprint. The reduction in operating costs would allow the church to reallocate the money saved to help provide additional funding for church mission programs in the community .

Lighting

Shift from fluorescent lighting fixtures to more efficient LED lighting

Water Usage

Install high efficiency low flow toilets and water faucets


Solar

Develop plan for implementation of a solar array facility to cover electricity needs


HVAC

Install high efficiency HVAC systems in areas of the church that have independently controlled units
