At the end of August 2025, I attended the EEA Conference in Bordeaux.

The four-day event brought together over 1,000 participants, offering plenty of great sessions to choose from, including several closely linked to my research on environmental and international economics. During the conference, I presented the latest version of a paper co-authored with Inmaculada Martínez-Zarzoso, “Unpacking France’s Emissions Paradox: The Role of FDI”, which sparked very insightful discussions. I also took part in the organization of the conference, which made the experience even more rewarding.
