Race-Day Workflow

Use the same sequence at every event for consistent, accurate timing.

1) Sign In and Open Assigned Race

Log in with your crew account and select the race assigned to your device/team. (This requires data connection, the rest can all be done offline)

2) Configure Stage Operations

Choose stage start/finish targets and confirm race format for the event.

3) Record Starts at the Gate

Start riders as they launch, using individual starts or controlled group starts (Party Lap) as required.

4) Capture Finish Times by Bib

At the finish line, record rider bibs against timestamped entries and confirm saves.

5) Handle Offline Conditions

If signal is weak, continue timing. Entries are queued and synced automatically when online.

6) Review and Confirm Results Flow

Check that entries are synced and visible in your organizer/results workflow before closing the stage.
