The Endurance Performance Lab is housed in the School of Kinesiology at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. The lab is equipped with a high performance treadmill, cycle ergometer, metabolic cart, as well as blood lactate and body composition assessment capabilities.
We offer performance testing services for runners and cyclists, including VO2max, lactate and ventilatory thresholds, running/cycling economy. We also offer performance footwear assessments to help runners determine their most optimal shoe to wear on race day. Lastly, the lab also offers cardiovascular fitness testing for general health assessment purposes.
See our Testing Services section for more details on specific tests offered and pricing.
