✅ Eligible Items:
Endoscopy towers and machines.
Unopened, non-sterile accessories
Items returned within 48 hours of delivery
Products in original packaging and unused condition
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
Sterile items (e.g., sclerotherapy needles, band ligators)
Due to safety and infection control standards, we cannot accept returns on any sterile or single-use items once shipped.
Used or opened products
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
📌 Return Process:
Contact us via WhatsApp or phone within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide proof of purchase and photos (if damaged or defective)
Approved returns must be shipped at customer’s cost unless due to our error
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3–5 business days upon item inspection
🔧 Equipment Repairs:
All repair services include a 48 hours functionality warranty from the date of collection/delivery
If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, we will reassess and repair at no extra labor cost (parts not included)
🛠 Repair Terms:
Equipment must be inspected before a repair quote is issued
Clients must approve all charges before any repair work is performed
No returns on repaired items unless an issue falls under the 48 hour warranty
