• Neaten and tidy

• High dusting (fans, light fixtures, etc…) 

• Wipe shower top to bottom 

• Clean shower doors 

• Scrub bathtub if applicable in same manor

• Clean toilet (including bowl, behind, and around the bottom) 

• Wipe all light switches, outlet covers, door handles and knobs

• Clean all glass and mirrors

• Clean sink

• Empty all trash and replace trash bags (wipe trash can)

• Wipe loose items and return neatly

Kitchens

• Neaten and tidy

• High dusting 

• Wipe down front and inside of the refrigerator

• Wipe cupboard fronts 

• Wipe oven vent hood 

• Clean all appliance fronts from top to bottom. Remove all dirt, fingerprints, marks and residue, clean handles and edges

• Clean inside and outside of microwave 

• Scrub stovetop thoroughly 

• Wipe backsplashes and walls behind counters

• Scrub counters, move all items to clean under, and place back

• Wipe down jars and counter items

• Clean glass and windows

• Wipe doorknobs, handles, light switches, and outlet covers

• Empty all trash and replace bags

• Vacuum area rugs 

• Sweep/vacuum floors

• Mop floors

Living Spaces/ Bedrooms

• Neaten and tidy

• Make beds/ change sheets (if applicable) 

• Fold blankets straighten pillows 

• Dust all wall hangings, shelving, and hanging pictures 

• Dust all chair rails and mantles

• Spot clean walls and widown

• Check blinds and window coverings

• Clean all glass and mirrors

• Wipe doorknobs, handles, light switches, and outlet covers

• Dust all decor on surfaces

• Wipe all dressers, bed frames, and furniture surfaces 

• Empty all trash and replace bags 

• Vacuum area rugs

• Sweep/vacuum floors

• Mop floors

• Clean all hallways and entryways in the same manner

Deep Clean Bathrooms

• Remove all loose items from the bathroom 

• High dusting (fans, light fixtures, upper door frames)

• Scrub shower top to bottom 

• Clean shower doors (if applicable)

• Scrub bathtub (if applicable) 

• Clean toilet (including bowl, behind, and around the bottom) 

• Scrub all light switches, outlet covers, door handles, and knobs

• Scrub all doors, cabinets, and baseboards

• Clean all glass and mirrors

• Clean sinks and countertops

• Wipe down all items on countertops and surfaces

• Empty all trash and replace trash bags ( wipe out trash can)

• Wash or vacuum rugs (client preference)

• Sweep/vacuum floors

• Mop floors

Kitchens

• Neaten and tidy 

• High dusting (on top of cupboards, cupboard fronts, knobs, and edges)

• Dust tops of door frames, light fixtures, ceiling fans 

• Scrub oven vent hood

• Clean all appliance fronts from top to bottom. Remove all dirt, fingerprints, marks and residue, clean handles and edges

• Clean top of the refrigerator (remove and clean under items if needed)

• Clean inside and outside of the microwave removing all food particles

• Scrub stovetop thoroughly removing all residue and debris 

• Clean backsplashes and walls behind counters

• Clean all small appliances and decor on counters 

• Scrub countertops thoroughly

• Clean fronts of all cabinets 

• Wipe all baseboards, doors, handles, light switches, and outlet covers

• Empty all trash and replace bags

• Wash or vacuum all rugs (client preference)

• Sweep/vacuum floors

• Mop floors

Living Spaces/ Bedrooms

• Neaten and tidy

• Make beds or change sheets

• Straighten all pillows 

• Clean all ceiling fans, door frames, window frames/sills, and upper dusting 

• Clean all wall hangings, shelving, and hanging pictures 

• Clean all chair rails and mantles

• Dust blinds and window coverings

• Clean windows

• Spot check walls

• Clean all glass and mirrors

• Clean all decor on surfaces

• Wipe all dressers, bed frames, and furniture surfaces 

• Scrub all baseboards, doors, doorknobs, handles, light switches, and outlet covers

• Empty all trash and replace bags 

• Sweep/vacuum floors

• Mop floors

• Clean all hallways and entryways in the same manner

Move-In 

General Cleaning:

• Dusting all surfaces (shelves, countertops, window sills, etc.).

• Vacuuming and mopping floors.

• Cleaning and disinfecting light switches, doorknobs, and outlet covers.

• Wiping down baseboards and molding.

• Cleaning interior windows and window sills.

• Removing cobwebs from corners and ceilings.

• Dusting and cleaning ceiling fans and light fixtures.

• Cleaning and sanitizing trash cans.

Kitchen:

• Cleaning inside and outside of cabinets and drawers.

• Cleaning countertops and backsplash.

• Sanitizing sinks and faucets.

• Cleaning interior and exterior of appliances (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave).

• Degreasing stove and range hood.

• Cleaning and sanitizing small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, etc.).

• Wiping down tables and chairs.

• Disinfecting and cleaning trash cans.

Bathroom:

• Cleaning and disinfecting toilets, sinks, showers, bathtubs, and faucets.

• Removing soap scum and mildew.

• Cleaning mirrors.

• Wiping down cabinets and drawers.

• Cleaning and sanitizing bathroom accessories (towel racks, soap dishes, etc.).

Bedrooms/Living Areas:

• Dusting and wiping down furniture.

• Vacuuming carpets and rugs.

• Washing or vacuuming curtains or blinds.

• Making beds with fresh linens (if provided).

• Cleaning and organizing closets and shelves.

• Removing trash and debris.

Move-Out 

General Cleaning:

• Perform all tasks listed in the move-in checklist.

• Ensure all personal belongings are removed.

• Lock all doors and windows securely.
