- Confirm the account you want deleted
You must know which account’s data should be removed from Firebase.
Make sure you are signed in to the correct account in the app or website
If you use multiple sign-in methods (email, Google, Apple, etc.), verify you’re using the one tied to the data you want deleted
If unsure, note the email address or username shown in your profile
2. Submit a formal deletion request
Required
The app needs a clear, written request so the support team can process it correctly.
By email: endlessbuildssupport@gmail.com
Clearly state: “I am requesting deletion of all personal data associated with this account from your Firebase storage.”
If emailing, include:
Your full name
The email/username used in the app
The platform (Android, iOS)
A statement that you own the account and want your data deleted
3. Verify your identity if requested
Security check
Identity verification prevents someone else from deleting your data without permission.
Watch for a reply from support asking you to confirm details (e.g., last login date, partial phone number, or a verification code)
Follow the instructions exactly—do not share passwords or full payment details
Respond from the same email address or account you used to sign up, if possible
4. Wait for confirmation of deletion
Your request may take some time to be processed in Firebase and related systems.
The support team will review your request and remove your data from Firebase storage and related services
Typical processing time is stated in the app or privacy policy (for example, up to 30 days)
You should receive a confirmation message once deletion is complete
Keep that confirmation for your records
5. Uninstall or sign out (optional but recommended)
After your data is deleted, you may want to remove access from your devices.
Sign out of the app on all devices where you used this account
Optionally uninstall the app from your phone or tablet
If you ever return, you may need to create a new account, since your previous data will no longer exist
