Managed overseas operations for Design and Build contracts of logistics centres and industrial plants in Russian Federation for international employers like Raven, Rexam and 3M. Overall value of the projects amounted to 250 Mil. USD.
2005–2007
Construction Consultancy of a boutique Style Holiday Village Angora Beach Resort at the Aegean Coast of Turkey. Works included design, construction, furnishing and infrastructure of a complete holiday village for 300 guests with a project value of 10 Mil USD.

Carried out overseas operations for US Government Contracts for OBO (Overseas Building Operations) as Prime Contractor, in Iraq and Afghanistan. Tender Documentation and Prequalification Proposals for US Government Projects in Africa. Overall 70 million USD Projects Carried out including Baghdad Interim Embassy Compound and 20 million USD other security projects awarded.

Carried out overseas operations for Infrastructure and Utilities Contracts in Northern Iraq for UN Habitat program amounting to 10 Mil USD. Preparation of Tender Documents for International and NATO Projects. Main fields of activity continued later under FEM JV structure.

1997–2001
Overall Project Management of the complete project; managing FIDIC based contracts, making subcontracts, carrying out contractor negotiations and evaluating variation orders.
Marin City Project constructed as a First-Class housing development with full infrastructure, a 500 boats capacity private marina, social and commercial facilities. Extensive landslide protection works had been carried out. Main contractors of the project were Tepe-Akfen JV and STFA.

As Contract Administrator; Performed activities such as preparation of contracts and sub-contracts, maintained client relations regarding contracts, held negotiations with involved parties and carried out procedures for Handing Over of the projects.
As Planning Analyst; Developed a multi-user relational database software in MS Access for monitoring productivity in man-hours and machine-ours as well as computation of budgets and cash-flows of projects.
As Chief Engineer of Maintenance; Carried out maintenance and guarantee operations of completed projects.

1993–1994
Developed a multi-user relational database software in Foxpro 2.0 to improve project monitoring and cash flow systems and remained responsible for watching out timely execution, reporting and co-ordination of significant metropolitan projects carried out by the municipality including Ankara Metro Project, Dikmen Valley DEvelopment and Çanakaya-Mamak viaduct.
1990–1993
As Control Engineer; participated in the ODTU (METU) team performing design and construction control of Çankaya - Mamak viaduct – Ankara, carried out by Freysinnet and Ceylan Construction. Value of the works executed 135 Mil.USD.
As Expert Assistant; participated in the team analysing several masonry domed historical buildings for the research project on “preservation of masonry domed historical buildings in seismic zones sponsored by Tübitak and American National Science Foundation (NSF). Within this project, participated in the organization of an international work-shop in İstanbul called “Preservation of Historical Buildings in Seismic Zones” with the contribution of international experts.
As system analyst and software developer; participated in the team developing a multi-user relational database software for co-ordination of infrastructure constructions and carried out relationships among organizations responsible for infrastructure facilities of Ankara at ANDEM (Urban Transformation Projects of Ankara, Coordination Centre).
Assisted in preparation of tender documents for Bosphorus Tube Pass and İstanbul Metro Project.
