After two decades in Germany and a successful career as an IT Project Manager for international companies such as Siemens, Thomas Sabo, and Metro, I realized that my true passion wasn’t in managing projects but in understanding people.

That discovery marked a turning point.

Today, I am an ICF-certified coach (ACC) with international experience and a specialization in systemic and solution-focused coaching.

I have served on the Board of Directors of ICF Germany Chapter, facilitated group coaching programs, and trained aspiring coaches.

My approach combines insights from neuroscience, mindfulness, and design thinking, creating a unique blend of structure and soul.

I support leaders and professionals in finding clarity, making authentic choices, and stepping forward with confidence not by giving answers, but by helping them uncover their own.

Fluent in Bulgarian, German, and English, I coach across cultures and backgrounds, creating a safe and inspiring space for growth.
