7. SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVELS

Level Black: General / Lieutenant General only

Level Red: Colonel – Major

Level Orange: Captain – Lieutenant

Level Yellow: Senior NCOs

Level Green: Enlisted

Access beyond assigned clearance is a capital offense.

8. DISCIPLINE & CONDUCT

Absolute professionalism at all times

No discussion of ESSD operations outside authorized channels

Disobedience or compromise results in immediate detainment

Loyalty to the Enclave supersedes all personal ties
