Regal Food Fundraiser - September 1-16
The Enchanted Lake Elementary PTA is running a Regal Foods Fundraiser this month! This is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year, and every ticket sold helps support programs and activities for our students. Mahalo in advance for your support.
How it works
On September 1, your child should have brought home an envelope containing 10 tickets for selling baked goods. Each ticket is tracked to your child, so please keep them together in the envelope.
Students sell tickets to family, friends, and neighbors, and collect payment as they go. Feel free to use social media!
Collecting money
Please have your child keep all cash and checks tucked inside their envelope. When they're done selling, they'll turn the envelope back to their homeroom teacher on Wednesday, September 16, along with any unsold tickets.
Picking up the treats
Ordered baked goods will be available for pickup at ELES on Wednesday, September 30. Buyers will need their tickets to redeem their products, so remind your sellers to hold onto them!
Need more tickets or lost some?
If your child sells all their tickets and wants more to sell, or if any tickets go missing, please email us right away at elespta@gmail.com. For lost tickets, letting us know quickly lets us void them so they can't be used by anyone else.
Prizes & incentives
Top seller wins an iPad or $300.
Every student who sells 10 or more tickets is entered into a drawing to win an iPad or $300. They can enter more than once, with one entry for every 10 tickets sold.
The homeroom class with the highest combined total from both September fundraisers (Regal Foods and Give Aloha) wins a class party!
Key dates
September 1 — Fundraiser begins; tickets sent home with students.
September 16 — Money and any unsold tickets due back to your child's homeroom teacher.
September 30 — Product pickup at ELES (tickets required to redeem).
