1) Secure your date with a $100 deposit through Venmo, Zelle, or Credit Card.
2) Two weeks prior to your event date, the invoice must be paid in full.
3) We will contact you 48 hours prior to your event to confirm the details and reconfirm delivery time and details. Pictures of your event space to indicate where you’d like setup are welcome via email.
Time to party! Leave the delivery, set up, and pick up to us.
What Does The Cost Include?
The cost listed includes delivery, set up, and pick up. We are also to happy to include a neon light of your choosing if you happen to be interested- this is at no added cost!

Absolutely! We are constantly working on new products, and sometimes sell the products themselves without rental for personal businesses or company spaces. If you are looking for something specific, please don’t hesitate to ask. We offer customizations, but we will always only agree to things we know we can execute flawlessly. There is no room for mediocrity on your special day, and definitely no room for added stress. We are on your team!
Our Terms & Conditions
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation. Once your final invoice is paid at least two weeks prior, this is also non-refundable unless there are extenuating circumstances. In the event of damages or total loss, buyer will be held financially responsible for value of equipment totaling up to $1200.
Where Do You Deliver?
We deliver mainly to Nassau County and Eastern Queens, but will service Suffolk and surrounding NY areas for an additional delivery fee. If you are located in Nassau County or Eastern Queens, the cost of delivery is included in the cost of rental. When you submit your request we will provide you with the appropriate quote.
