Where is Enchanted Co. located? Burnaby, BC.

Are these our only products? No,  phone charms will be available soon.

What are the designated day order pickups? Anyones order that is ready can be picked up in a time frame of a few hours on a specific day we will contact you about. The location will be a common public place.

How big are the charms? 3-4 cm.

How many keychains can I order to get a "custom design"? 5+ quantity minimum. Some exclusions apply.

Do you offer keychains with text? YES. Please inquire with us through enchantedcharmscompany@gmail.com so we can provide mockups. We accept any colour requests but are limiting fonts and to only 3 lines of text.

What if the picture I want on my charm is copyrighted? Pay to un-copyright the image or contact us for alternatives to the situation.

What happens to the profits of this student ran company? 15 % of profits are donated to charities supporting Enchanted Co. values.
