VISIT OF ENVOL DES PIONNIERS (2021)

"I joined the visit of Toulouse last Saturday. I must say it was a wonderful little trip and the guide is very nice and professional. I know more about Toulouse, like the Bibliothèque Municipale, Place Saint-Sernin, Garonne and so on. There are some amazing stories behind of this building and I would like to explore more later. "The tour is compact with the quality guide. It helped get myself into the inner side of Toulouse.
The only remark is only the tour made on Saturday, which is the busy day at downtown. I guess it would be more peaceful on Sunday. However, I feel very thankful for the city tour given by the program and am looking forward to the next activity!" Chandhawat, from Kasetsart University (Thaïland)

"I went on both trips to Toulouse and Carcasonne and I really enjoyed both of the trips. Going through the city with a guide is something you usually do not do when you go somewhere, so having this opportunity I really found amazing. "I enjoyed the visit to Toulouse, the cathedral and the plaza are amazing, just maybe it would be a good idea to include modern places or green areas too. I liked the visit to Carcassonne even better because at all times the view was breath-taking, the only thing that could have make it better is having more time to explore it all! Question : votre buddy correspondait-il à vos attentes ?
→ "Oui, car nous avons pu échanger sur des sujets que nous apprécions en commun."
→ "Oui, il parlait espagnol, c'est ce que je souhaitais."
→ "Oui, je me suis très bien entendue avec elle."
→ " Sur le papier, pas forcément, mais ce n'était pas très grave car après avoir discuté, nous avons échangé sur beaucoup de sujets. Chose très appréciable."
→ "Oui, nous avons beaucoup de points communs. Nos centres d'intérêts sont les mêmes."
Question : Le Buddy Programme vous a-t-il été bénéfique ?
→ "Oui, il permet une ouverture culturelle plus importante et un échange plus simple/rapide avec l'ensemble des Erasmus."
→ "J'ai pu parler un peu en espagnol, me préparer pour un examen dans cette matière, et avoir un contact, ce qui pourrait être bénéfique pour partir faire une expérience internationale plus tard."
→ "Oui, j'ai pu pour la première fois communiquer véritablement avec une personne en anglais."
→ "Oui, amélioration certaine de mon anglais !"
→ "Oui, j'ai pu beaucoup échanger avec lui et l'intégrer dans ma promo. Il m'a aussi fait rencontrer les autres Erasmus de l'ENAC. Cela m'a permis d'avoir un vrai échange international."
Best Buddy
In 2021, the French student receiving the award of "Best Buddy" is...
Jeanne DUFRENNE
Enrolled in IENAC19_OPS (Air Transport Operations and Safety major)
She is the French buddy of Ginevra BERNI, coming from POLITO (Italy).
Ginevra's comments about Jeanne:
"She is a very active person, she is super friendly and always available in case I need it. She is open to new friendship and new cultures. She is helping me improve my French.
Having her around has been really helpful, especially the first week I spent here. She came to get me at the airport, she's shown me around the campus the first day, and introduced to the right people to start some activities here, which was really helpful.
Afterward, she's been a really good friend and we already plan to keep in touch and visit each other after the Erasmus. I really believe that she deserves to win this award, because from other experiences in the past I know that it's not easy to be so open and friendly with a stranger, and she has exceeded all my expectations."
