My name is Julia Vinichenko, and I am a dog breeder, cynologist, and the owner of the official YouWin Pembroke Welsh Corgi Kennel, located in Vinnytsia, Ukraine.

The story of our kennel began in 2019, when our first Pembroke, Yoster, joined our family. It was with him that our love for these short-legged herding dogs began — a love that eventually grew into a lifelong passion that my husband and I have dedicated ourselves to.

For us, breeding is first and foremost about responsibility for the future of the breed and for every puppy we bring into the world:

• All dogs involved in our breeding program undergo the recommended genetic health testing.

• We carefully select breeding pairs, thoroughly studying pedigrees, health, temperament, and breed qualities.

• Our dogs are champions of multiple countries and hold certificates confirming their herding instinct.

• Our puppies are raised according to modern protocols, with particular attention to early neurological stimulation, socialization, and the development of confident, well-balanced temperaments.

• We continuously educate ourselves and expand our knowledge so that we can provide qualified guidance and lifelong support to our puppies and their families.
