Director of Academic Affairs
Oversees all operations of the Academic Affairs Office.
Curriculum Section Chief
The primary mission of education is talent cultivation, and the core of talent cultivation lies in teaching.
The Curriculum Section aims to provide a high-quality teaching and learning environment for all faculty and students, supporting school-wide teaching affairs to enhance teaching quality and student learning outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
Class schedule planning
Substitute teacher arrangements and payment processing
Student registration and transfer procedures
Academic assessment and remedial teaching
Textbook selection and procurement
Promotion of science education and extensive reading
Student Affairs Section Chief
Formulates annual and semester plans for student guidance, physical education, and health.
Manages official documents and survey forms from the Education Bureau.
Handles official correspondence and case closures.
Oversees students’ daily behavioral regulations.
Manages school sanitation, environmental protection, and student cleanliness.
Promotes student traffic safety education.
Conducts environmental hygiene and environmental education.
Guides students’ life education and daily routines.
Plans school-wide sports events each semester.
Organizes guidance-related educational tasks and activities.
Oversees inspection and management of playground and sports equipment.
Supervises various educational activities, sports training, competitions, and events.
Organizes student class organizations and classroom agreements.
Conducts regular student safety checks.
Oversees environmental, energy, and marine education and reports to the Green School website.
Promotes life education, including student life and bullying prevention surveys.
School Nurse
Manages all operations of the School Health Center and promotes school health initiatives.
Handles health management including screenings, correction of deficiencies, medical referrals, and follow-ups.
Manages cases involving special illnesses.
Implements infectious disease prevention, including reporting, vaccination, and tracking.
Provides first aid and emergency care, monitors and communicates with relevant parties.
Supports health education and wellness activities.
Assists in running the School Health Committee.
Contacts parents of students who are ill or absent without reason.
Coordinates with medical institutions, parents, and community members to promote health initiatives.
Collects and compiles health education materials.
Manages health records, data, statistics, and reporting.
Handles other school health-related matters.
