Social Login (SNS Account Link): The following information may be collected within the scope provided by each platform.

Facebook Login: Email address
Note: The Company never collects or stores your social login password.
B. Information Automatically Generated and Collected During Game Service Use
Device Information: Device model, OS type and version, screen resolution, telecom operator information
Unique Identifiers: Advertising Identifiers (IDFA, AAID), Device unique numbers (UDID, IMEI, etc.)
Network Information: IP address, connection country information, network type (Wi-Fi, LTE, etc.)
Game Usage Records: Game version, gameplay records (level, currency, items, etc.), connection time and date, abnormal usage records, in-game chat logs
Error Information: Error and crash log data generated during game execution
C. Upon Use of Paid Services
The Company does not directly collect and store sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers during the payment process. Payments are processed through the payment modules of app market platforms (e.g., Google Play), and the Company only receives payment receipt information (Transaction ID, purchase history, etc.) from the platform for payment verification purposes.
D. Upon Customer Support and Event Participation
Inquiry Submission: Email address, mobile phone number, nickname, contents of inquiry and response
Prize Delivery: Name, mobile phone number, address (Separate consent is required upon collection)

Article 2 (Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information)
Member Management: Identity verification, prevention of fraudulent use, dispute resolution, complaint handling, etc.
Service Provision: Content provision, payment and settlement for paid services, delivery of notices.
Service Improvement: User behavior statistical analysis, securing service stability, development of new services.
Marketing and Advertising: Delivery of event information, provision of customized advertising (only for users who have agreed to receive it).
Security and Stability: Prevention of account theft and abnormal/unauthorized usage.
Article 3 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties) The Company does not provide the user's personal information to external parties without prior consent. However, exceptions are made when stipulated by law or when there is a request from an investigative agency in accordance with legal procedures.
Article 4 (Consignment of Personal Information Processing) To provide smooth services, the Company entrusts the processing of personal information to the following external specialized companies:

Article 5 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information) Personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection is achieved. However, if it is necessary to retain it in accordance with relevant laws, it will be kept for the specified period as follows:
Records on contracts or withdrawal of subscription, etc.: 5 years
Records on payment and supply of goods, etc.: 5 years
Records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years
Login records: 3 months
Article 6 (Procedure and Method of Destroying Personal Information) Personal information whose retention period has expired is deleted using technical methods that make the data unrecoverable. Paper documents are destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Article 7 (Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them) Users (and legal representatives of children under the age of 14) may view, modify, or delete (withdraw membership) their personal information at any time. This can be requested through the in-game settings function or by contacting the Chief Privacy Officer.
Article 8 (Matters Concerning the Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices) Users may refuse the collection of advertising identifiers (IDFA, AAID) for customized advertising by changing their device settings.

iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking → Turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
Article 9 (Measures to Ensure the Safety of Personal Information) The Company safely protects the user's personal information through administrative and technical measures, such as password encryption, technical countermeasures against hacking, and minimizing and training personnel who process personal information.
