Purpose of the Panel Discussion
The concept was to explore opportunities for young people who aspire to become handicraft artisans to be active and network, to meet fellow artisans from different countries whom they would not normally encounter, and to gain new ideas from each other.
The program was conducted with the aim of enabling craftspeople and professionals to share the differences and congruencies between Japan and Germany regarding handicrafts, and for both sides to gain inspiration and discoveries.
