# Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Emulator! Android application ("Emulator!", "App", "we", "our", or "us").
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
## 1. About Emulator!
Emulator! is an independent Android application that provides emulation functionality for supported gaming systems.
Depending on the App version, supported device, and emulator configuration, features may include:

- Fast-forward and speed controls

Emulator! is a **general-audience application and is not specifically directed to children under 13**.
The App is not designed or marketed primarily for children.

## 3. No Games or Copyrighted Content Included
Emulator! does not provide, distribute, or include copyrighted games, ROMs, BIOS files, or other third-party game content.
You are responsible for obtaining any game files, ROMs, BIOS files, or other materials that you use with the App.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to possess, access, and use such content in your jurisdiction.
## 4. User Files
The App may allow you to select files or folders stored on your Android device.
You remain responsible for the files that you use with Emulator!.
You must not use the App to intentionally:
- Distribute unauthorized copies of copyrighted games
- Share copyrighted game files without permission
- Upload or distribute unauthorized ROMs or BIOS files
- Facilitate copyright infringement
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Violate applicable laws or regulations

Emulator! is an independent third-party application.

References to gaming systems, platforms, games, companies, trademarks, or other third-party intellectual property are used solely to describe compatibility, supported functionality, or technical features.
All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
No affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, or licensing relationship should be inferred from the App's support for a particular gaming system.
