On behalf of EMUFT, I hereby request the following items:

1. The total number of students as well as the percent of total student population expected to live in all university housing for the Fall 2021 semester.

2. The number of students and coaches expected to be undergoing regular COVID testing protocol in the Fall 2021 semester on account of their being a participant in intercollegiate athletics, marching band, cheer team, and dance team.

3. The number of students overlapping per 1 & 2, i.e. the number of students that fulfill both conditions listed in 1 & 2.

4. The percent of fully COVID vaccinated EMU population listed for the following categories:

a. Students

b. All instructional staff

c. All other staff

5. The percent distribution by department of

a. fully online class and

b. classes with online components

6. The enrollment increases EMU has experienced in the time since July 30, 2021.

The request is submitted pursuant to the Public Employment Relations Act (PERA) in order to permit EMUFT to fulfill its obligation as the bargaining agent. To the extent that information is viewed as outside the bargaining obligation, this request is also submitted pursuant to the Michigan Freedom of Information Act. Any cost estimates related to fulfilling this as a FOIA request should be send to the before fulfillment.
