Introducing Allie (she/her) from Ann Arbor, Michigan! Allie is a junior here at EMU and this is her second year in Evergreen. She is majoring in Business Management. When Allie isn’t rehearsing with Evergreen, she can be found all over campus. She is a copy editor and staff writer for The Eastern Echo, she is Vice President of Public Relations for EMU’s SHRM chapter. She is also the secretary of Circle K International and she is a part of Tri Sigma Sorority. To relax Allie likes to hang out with her puppy Emma. She also speaks French and is learning an array of other languages on Duolingo. If Allie could invent a holiday, it would definitely involve puppies. 

Introducing Charlie (any pronouns) from Brownstown, Michigan! Charlie is a first year at EMU and this is their first year in Evergreen. They are an English Lit/Political Science major with a minor in creative writing. When Charlie isn’t rehearsing with Evergreen, they can be found practicing with EMU’s mock trial association, and they are also a part of the Presidential Scholar Association. To relax, Charlie loves to nap. If they were a superhero, their superpower would be shapeshifting, and if they were a pasta shape they would be bowtie pasta because they’re “fancy and fun”. 

Introducing Kira (she/her) from Chelsea, Michigan! Kira is a senior at EMU and this is her first year in Evergreen. She is majoring in marketing. When she isn’t rehearsing with Evergreen she can be found with Sigma Delta Tau or working in the Math and Statistics department on campus. Kira’s favorite TV show is The Good Place, and to relax she loves to dance, travel, and spend time with her animals. If she were a pasta shape she would be linguine since she is open to many different things and is obsessed with red pasta sauce, and if she was a superhero her superpower would be invisibility and super strength. 

Introducing Ella (she/her) from Oswego, Illinois! Ella is a third year at EMU and this is her first year in Evergreen. She is majoring in psychology with a minor in criminal justice/Forensics. When Ella is not rehearsing with Evergreen, she can be found working for a mental health nonprofit foundation (71 Reasons and More). Her favorite movie is “Sound of Music” and to relax she likes to watch Formula 1 or read. If Ella could invent a holiday, it would definitely be part two of Halloween. If she were a pasta shape she would be Farfalle because it’s kinda silly, though she also thinks she would be a bowtie shape because it's so sophisticated.  

Introducing Jill (she/her) from Flint, Michigan! Jill is our House of Representative for Evergreen. This is her fifth year at EMU and third year in Evergreen. She is majoring in International Business and Business Management and is minoring in Spanish Translation and Interpretation, and Behavioral Psychology. When Jill isn’t rehearsing with Evergreen, she can be found running our DECA club on campus or working at Kay Jewelers. To relax Jill loves to get massages. If she was a superhero, her superpower would be telekinesis and if she was a pasta shape she would be shell-shaped. Before Evergreen, Jill was a part of her high school choir for ten years and did ten years of vocal training. 

Introducing Cori (she/her) from Sylvania, Ohio! Cori is co-president and co-music director for Evergreen. This is her third (and final) year at EMU and her third year in Evergreen. She majoring in Psychology with a minor in Criminology/Criminal Justice. When Cori isn’t rehearsing with Evergreen, she can be found working in EMU’s Admissions Welcome Center as a Recruitment, Training, and Development Coordinator, she is also on the Eboard for the Residence Housing Association. To relax, Cori loves to read and watch movies and TV. If Cori was a superhero her superpower would be mind reading. Finally, we asked Cori what Evergreen means to her and she left us with this response: “Evergreen is a great way for me to unwind after a long day of classes and homework. It is also an amazing way to make friendships and bonds with other students!” 

Introducing Hannah (she/her, it/its) from Ypsilanti, Michigan! Hannah is the Vice President of Evergreen. She is a senior (technically) at EMU and this is her third year in Evergreen. It is majoring in Interior Design with a minor in Historic Preservation. When Hannah isn’t rehearsing with Evergreen, she can be found rehearsing with the EMU Choir and she is a board member of the Ann Arbor Youth Chorale. To relax, Hannah loves to crochet. If Hannah was a superhero, its superpower would be pyrokinesis (fire bending). If she was a pasta shape she would be “lasagne because I got layers like onions.” 

Introducing Chloe (she/her) from Monroe, Michigan. Chloe is a first year at EMU after a five-year Middle College program, and this is her first year in Evergreen. She is majoring in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in Special Education. Chloe is also a part of the Honors College. Her favorite TV show is Heartbreak High and to relax, Chloe likes to spend time with people she loves. If she was a superhero, her superpower would be telepathy and if she were a pasta shape she would be bowl-shaped because they are her favorite (“they collect all the cheese”). 

Introducing Abbey (she/her) from Petoskey, Michigan! Abbey is co-president and co-music director for Evergreen. This is her fourth year here at EMU and her fourth year in Evergreen. She is majoring in Music Therapy. When Abbey isn’t rehearsing with Evergreen she can be found performing with her band, The Third Degree, and she loves to meet new people and make new friends! Her favorite TV show is “RuPaul’s Drag Race”, and if she was a superhero her power would be teleportation. Lastly, we asked Abbey what she loves most about Evergreen and she replied: “I love to create fun activities for the group as well as help anyone in any way I can! It’s important to create a fun and welcoming environment!” 

Introducing Katie (she/her) from Auburn Hills, Michigan! Katie is a first year at EMU and this is her first year in Evergreen. She is majoring in journalism with a minor in music. When Katie isn’t rehearsing with Evergreen, she can be found with the Music Therapy Student Association and the Psychology Club. Her favorite movie is Ratatouille and to relax she loves to listen to music, journal, and go for walks. If Katie was a superhero her superpower would be talking to animals and if she was a pasta shape she would be cavatappi. 

Introducing Lexy (they/them) from Ida, Michigan! Lexy is the Social Media Coordinator for Evergreen. This is their second year at EMU and this is their second year in Evergreen. They are majoring in History with an Anthropology minor. To relax, Lexy likes to watch movies, sing, or cook and their favorite movie is “But I’m a Cheerleader”. If they were a superhero their superpower would be antigravity, and if they were a pasta shape they feel pretty strongly that they would be tortellini. 

Introducing Isaac (he/him) from Metro-Detroit, Michigan! Isaac is a first year at EMU and this is his first year in Evergreen. He is majoring in psychology with a minor in music. When Isaac isn’t rehearsing with Evergreen he can be found taking voice lessons at OU from Dr. Drake Danztler or acting/directing at Downriver Actor’s Guild. Isaac loves his family (including his boyfriend) and is excited to be performing with Evergreen this year. 

Introducing Sara (she/they) from Auburn Hills, Michigan! Sara is a second year at EMU and this is her first year in Evergreen. They are majoring in early childhood education with a minor in TESOL. When Sara isn’t rehearsing with Evergreen, she can be found on the Eboard of Kappa Delta Pi. To relax, they love to watch TV, do yoga, read, and make art collages. If Sara could invent a holiday, it would involve baking and if she were a pasta shape, she would be bow tie-shaped. 

Introducing Soren (he/him) from Ann Arbor, Michigan! Soren is a second year at EMU and this is his second year in Evergreen. He is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in music. When Soren isn’t rehearsing with Evergreen, he can be found singing with the EMU choir and playing piano in a chamber music ensemble. To relax, Soren likes to watch and post TikToks.If he was a superhero, his superpower would be flying and if he could invent a holiday, it would definitely involve marshmallows 

Introducing Lucas (he/him) from Farmington Hills, Michigan! Lucas is the treasurer for Evergreen. This is his fourth year at EMU and his second year in Evergreen. He is majoring in finance and business statistics. To relax, he likes to listen to music, fish, and watch sports. If Lucas was a superhero, his superpower would be “The Force” and if he could invent a holiday, it would definitely involve Dr. Pepper. Lucas would like to leave you with one thing…. “Go Lions!” 

Introducing Eddie (he/him)! Eddie is a fourth year at EMU and this is his first year in Evergreen. He is majoring in psychology with a minor in social work. Eddie’s favorite TV show is Delishous in Dungeon and to relax he loves to play Magic the Gathering and DnD. If he was a superhero, his superpower would be invisibility.
