Travel Information

Dear Guests,

For your convenience, various buses have been arranged to connect different places of accommodation and academic activities during 11-16 January 2026. Please click on the google drive link below or scan the QR Code for the updated version of the schedule (some timings and bus rounds may change later but will be immediately updated in this file.)

The first bus will pick up the guests at IITM guest house at 7:15 PM on Sunday, 11 January and take them to IISER Pune for dinner and then back to IITM at 9:30 PM. The schedule for subsequent days is mentioned in the above page. 

Example: 

8:15 AM      Bus 1 (ISGH-SPPU)

 This bus will start at 8:15 at ISGH (IISER Pune guest house) and drop the passengers at SPPU (conference venue on 12 January).

Phone numbers of student volunteers are listed there in case you need some help about the bus arrangement. They will accompany the guests in the buses in morning and night. In case of more urgent matters, please contact one of the faculty members of IISER Pune/ SPPU whose contact numbers are listed below.
