About Us

As girls attending one of the top high schools in North Carolina & Delaware, we wanted to make something more of our opportunity and guide younger girls on their educational journey. We were upset that women are both less likely to enter and more likely to leave STEM careers due to lack of support. Inclined to inspire young girls to build the confidence needed to pursue studies in the STEM fields, we initiated this project with an intent to encourage youth to aim high and conquer their dreams.
