A Big Step Forward
Our very first Empower U Global seminar was a huge success! We brought together early childhood educators, parents, and advocates to discuss the challenges and solutions in education. The energy in the room was palpable, and we're excited to share the highlights with you.
We unpacked some tough realities:
- Children learning in difficult conditions
- Limited resources and poor nutrition
- Teachers facing low pay and limited training opportunities
- Poverty, trauma, and cultural barriers affecting education
The key takeaway from the meeting?

- The Solutions Are Within Us (Praise Deborah Olajide) "You are the solution." Every one of us can make a difference, whether by taking initiative, joining supportive communities, or simply finding small ways to support the children around us.
