1. Enrollment and Registration
1.1 Students must provide accurate personal information during the registration process.
1.2 All students under 18 must have a parent or guardian supervise their registration and learning process.
2. Payment Policies
2.1 Fees must be paid in advance for the selected course(s).
2.2 Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated under special circumstances (e.g., non-delivery of services).
2.3 Late payments may result in suspension of access to classes.
3. Class Scheduling and Attendance
3.1 Classes will be scheduled based on mutual agreement between the student and instructor.
3.2 Students are expected to attend their classes punctually.
3.3 Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
3.4 Missed classes without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.
4. Code of Conduct
4.1 Students and instructors must maintain respect and professionalism during all interactions.
4.2 Any inappropriate behavior, including disrespectful communication or harassment, will result in termination of services without a refund.
5. Use of Technology
5.1 Students must ensure they have a stable internet connection and necessary devices to attend classes.
5.2 Empower Online Quran Academy is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s end, such as internet outages or device malfunctions.
