Upon registration, participants will receive a confirmation email that includes the Zoom meeting link to add to their calendar as well as further instructions including the link to download the Participant’s Resource Toolkit.
It is recommended that participants sign into the event at least 15 minutes before the start at 8:45 a.m. The event platform will be open for participants at 8:30 a.m.
Participants must have access to a laptop/computer and the Internet.
We do not recommend using your mobile, as you may have difficulty completing the activities during the workshop.

To offer privacy and security for our participants, all attendees are required to register ahead of time and must use the name they registered with on the day of the workshop.
Participants who have not registered to attend the event will not be allowed to participate in the workshop.
During the workshop, participants are encouraged to pose questions, queries, and comments via the “Q&A” feature within Zoom or using the chatbox. A moderator will review and address your questions through the chatbox, etc. You may also use the “raise hand” feature to directly speak to the facilitators or tech support.
Tech support will be provided throughout the workshop. Participants can send an email to rsc_intl@yahoo.com.
There will also have support staff to assist and guide participants through the exercises throughout the workshop.
Although the event will be recorded, the sessions will not be available post-event.
There is a brief formal Opening Ceremony taking place at 9:00 a.m.
After the Opening Ceremony, participants will start the first session with Mr Keron Rose, a Digital Strategist on Developing Your Brand to Create Multiple Streams of Income! Later on, participants will also hear from Mr Donnie Bachan, Entrepreneur and Founder of SixBerries Ltd. on Tips and Strategies on Search Engine Optimisation: Driving Traffic to Your Site!
At the end of the workshop, participants will submit their e-portfolios to enter the Unlock Your Potential (UP) Competition. More information about the competition will be disclosed during the workshop. Prizes will be awarded to the top three contenders in the UP Competition, and they will be invited to attend a ceremony at the Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago’s Office located at 5, Eighth Avenue Extension, off Twelfth Street, Barataria at a date to be advised in August 2023.
At the workshop, participants will be asked to complete and submit the event survey form. A winner will be chosen at random from participants who have completed the survey to win a special prize.
Participants will receive an e-certificate of participation via email after the workshop in July 2023.
TATT and our partners may reach out to the winners of the UP Competition and other participants to be interviewed about their experiences.
Participants will be asked to turn on their webcam, to capture photos of participants and which may be used in post-event promotional material.
If you have completed the registration process but are unable to attend, please immediately inform the organizers of this event via email at events@tatt.org.tt, as limited spaces are available. This will afford another person to participate in the workshop.
