Keron is a lecturer at the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business and a Program Advisor for the University of South Florida’s Digital Marketing Program. He is also the creator of the top-rated Digipreneur FM podcast, known for breaking down complex digital concepts into accessible insights for Caribbean audiences. His expertise in digital branding, entrepreneurship frameworks, and online monetisation makes him uniquely positioned to lead the Roadmap to Digital Entrepreneurship sessions.

Richard Solomon is the Managing Director and Principal Consultant of Development Consulting Centre Ltd, bringing more than 25 years of experience in organisational development, leadership transformation, and strategic human resource management. His work includes designing leadership interventions for major regional organisations and providing executive coaching focused on behavioural change, discipline, and strategic accountability (dccintl.com).

He is a Management Psychology PhD candidate and holds MBA degrees in Organisational Transformation and Strategic HRM. As a published author and frequent media commentator on leadership culture and national productivity, Mr. Solomon is skilled at making leadership concepts practical, relatable, and actionable, perfectly aligning with the session on Leadership for the Modern Digital Man.

Leslie Lee Fook is a regional pioneer in artificial intelligence, automation, and data analytics, serving as Director of AI, Automation & Analytics at INCUS Services Ltd, a company he co-founded to lead digital transformation across the Caribbean. With over two decades of experience in the UK and the Caribbean, he has guided enterprises and government agencies in adopting AI-driven processes, data-centric decision making, and automation solutions

He is widely recognised for his thought leadership, having presen=ted at major regional forums including the CTU Prime Minister’s Summit. His mission to build a Caribbean ecosystem of AI and analytics, coupled with his ability to translate complex technologies for public audiences, makes him exceptionally well-suited to lead the “AI as a Business Game-Changer” session.
