Equipment Essentials: Understanding the necessary equipment for podcast recording (microphones, audio interfaces, headphones) and exploring budget-friendly options.
11:00 a.m. Content Creation Strategies: Learn to structure compelling podcast episodes, conduct engaging interviews, and develop effective storytelling techniques.
11:30 a.m. Choosing the Right Platform: Explore popular podcast hosting platforms (e.g., Libsyn, Buzzsprout), understand their features and choose the best platform for individual needs.
12:30 p.m. Marketing and Growth: Discover effective strategies to promote your podcast, including social media marketing, email marketing, cross-promotion,and community building, as well as how to add ID3 tags metadata, images, and more, ensuring that their content is properly labelled, professional and easily discoverable across platforms.
1:00 p.m. Brand and Personal Reputation Management: Incorporating brand and personal reputation management into the podcasting workshop is essential to equip participants with the skills to build trust, credibility, and a loyal audience. Understanding reputation management helps participants avoid pitfalls, respond to criticism constructively, and align their podcast’s voice with a consistent, authentic personal brand.
