We are so excited to announce that we have 2 day retreats coming up in the lower mainland. Saturday, May 31st we will be hosting our first Coastal Luxury Retreat at a beautiful ocean front sanctuary in West Vancouver. Then Sunday June 22nd, we will be heading to a new cold plunge & sauna place (Vineyards Sauna & Cold Plunge) for an incredible Detox Retreat. Both these retreats we will have guest wellness practitioners at with Ariel from Vitality Wellness World at both. You can apply for one or the other, or can even join us at both is you'd like.
