What is TRAIN WITH HALLE??
** I believe when it comes to dieting the most optimal approach is having your food and exercise plan customized to you and your lifestyle BUT I also understand that it takes a huge commitment and chunk of your paycheck to work with a coach that customizes everything to you! This is why I built "Train with Halle!" This way you can afford a coach for as long as it takes to reach your goals and change your lifetyle. This is perfect for those who want to lose weight, build strength, and improve their health.
You will get a NEW workout plan each month.
You will also receive a custom calorie plan or meal plan
You will have access to my app to view your workouts, log your food, and track your weekly checkins
You will also be added to a group message to be apart of a community that encourages and keeps each other accountable!

FAQ
What equipment do I need for the custom training programs? Access to a full gym or dumbbells/kettlebells for at home workouts (there will be video demonstrations of each exercise)
How many workouts a week are included in the training programs? They are personalized meaning we will decide on a number of days that you can commit to and that will be most optimal for your goals. There are also demo videos of each exercise to help!
What do I do if I have questions before our checkin? You will have my personal number so text me and I will happily get back to you within 24hrs!
How does nutrition coaching work? Talking with your coach first helps narrow down a specific coaching path to go down. Depending on your goals and lifestyle you may be given a specific daily meal plan or a specific daily calorie/macro plan.
How long are my in person training sessions? It depends on the workout for that day and your level of experience. Most workout are between 45-60 min but if you have a tight schedule we can get you in and out in 30 min.
