Ever wished you could join one of our amazing local pack walk groups, but aren't sure if your reactive dog would feel overwhelmed? This might be a great option for you!
This walk will be limited to a maximum of 10 dogs to keep things small. During this time, you will also be provided with tips and tricks to help your reactive dog get exposure to other dogs and people, and work on skills to help prepare them to join larger pack walk groups.
Cost: Free!
Please make sure to email or DM Olivia on Facebook/Instagram to reserve your spot. Spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Does your dog whine, bark, or lunge when they see other dogs or people? Do they show high levels of stress and anxiety when you leave your home? Then make sure to join us for our reactive boot camp class! This class focuses on building your dog's confidence and neutral behaviour through game-based exercises, and offers the opportunity to work on a variety of skills in a smaller class size to accomodate dogs who may need less distraction to focus. In this class, we will use things like basic obedience, calm and impulse control, and handler focus to help your dog learn to be neutral and calm in environments that cause them to be reactive and fearful.
Dogs of all ages and levels of obedience/reactivity are welcome to join this class, but must be able to be kept under control by their handler.
Cost: $200 for 6 weeks
Current Clients Rate: $150 for clients who have previously taken the class or other programs at Empower
Additional Notes: Clients will be required to sign up for one half priced private session prior to joining this class for trainer evaluation and to determine if they are a good fit for this class.
