Yes, whatever your level of experience is, I am here to support you and introduce you to weight training as well as help you with finding the best nutrition approach for you.
Your training program will be tailored to you and I will help you progress at your pace and gain more confidence in exercises.
We will discuss the nutrition approach that works for you, whether it is calorie tracking or focusing on portions, you will have set targets around your diet and what your priorities should be.
We will focus on protein and fruit/veg intake to make sure your diet matches your goals and your body can perform at its best.
Your training program will be designed to match the equipment you have available. Although I would encourage you to join the gym as it allows for easier progressions and has more equipment available, training at home is also an option if you cannot get into the gym for whatever reason.
I will support you every step of the way!
You can contact me via messenger in the coaching app and we will schedule regular calls.
You will also commit to completing weekly check-ins to help you refocus on your goals, celebrate wins and learn from any challenges you face in a week. It will give me a chance to know what support you might need from me in the coming week, so check-ins are incredibly important.
My Transformation Program costs £145 per month with intense support and an approach to accelerate your progress. It runs for a total of 12 weeks (3 months).
You can stay beyond the 12 weeks and continue with the Beyond12 program for £120 per month.
You can continue with it for as long as you'd like/need.
