Phase Line is developed and published by Empowered Lighting LLC. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our mobile application.
1. Information Collection and Usage
Phase Line does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information or sensitive user data. The application operates entirely offline and requires no user account, login, or registration of any kind.
2. Permissions
The application requests zero runtime permissions. It does not access the camera, microphone, contacts, files, or device location. The Google Play Advertising ID (AD_ID) is explicitly removed from the build manifest.
3. On-Device Storage
The app saves two preferences locally on your device using SharedPreferences: your highest score and your sound toggle setting. This data never leaves your device. You can clear it at any time through your Android system settings by clearing the app's storage or cache.
4. Third-Party Services
Phase Line does not integrate any third-party advertising networks, analytics platforms, crash reporters, or tracking SDKs.
5. Children's Privacy
Because the application collects no data whatsoever, it is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
6. Policy Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
