Empowering Our Youth, Enriching Our Seniors Inc. (EYES Inc.) was born from a deep passion to connect two often overlooked yet powerful generations—our youth and our elders. Founded by individuals who witnessed the growing gap between young people in need of guidance and seniors longing for purpose and connection, EYES Inc. was created as a bridge between wisdom and potential.
What began as a series of small community outreach events quickly grew into a movement rooted in mentorship, wellness, and intergenerational impact. We saw firsthand how pairing energetic youth with seasoned seniors sparked healing, joy, and transformation on both ends. EYES Inc. officially formed to scale this vision—creating spaces where young leaders are empowered, and seniors are honored, engaged, and celebrated.

A Message from the Founder
When I founded Empowering Our Youth, Enriching Our Seniors Inc., it came from a place of deep observation and personal conviction. I saw young people filled with potential but lacking guidance, and I saw seniors rich in wisdom but often left out of the conversation. I knew we could do better—and we had to.
EYES Inc. was created to bridge this generational gap by creating meaningful connections between those just beginning their journey and those who have walked a long, purposeful path. I believe that healing, learning, and leadership happen most powerfully in community—and that when youth and elders come together, generations are transformed.
This work is not just about programs and events—it’s about restoring dignity, building legacy, and lighting a fire in future leaders while honoring the voices of those who came before us.
Thank you for believing in this mission and walking alongside us to empower and enrich lives across generations.
With gratitude and purpose,
Angie Myles-Griffin
