Dogs
Dogs are permiited but must be kept on a lead at all times.
Food and drinks
Several hot food options will be available, as well as snacks from the bar and sweets and other treats. You may bring a limited amount of your own food, but please support our vendors.
There will be a mini real ale festival taking place in the indoor bar, with plenty of other alcoholic and soft drinks available at a second bar. You must not bring your own alcohol!

Other items
We will have gazebos providing some shelter but this is an outdoor festival so keep an eye on the weather forecast and bring umbrellas etc. if needed. You may bring a flag or similar but no gazebos or large items / structures.
Seating
We have a limited number of tables and chairs so please bring folding chairs and blankets if you wish.
Tickets
Tickets are on sale at the Club now. If you can't get to the Club and want to reserve tickets, contact Russ at hibbitt@go-plus.net or 07813 177293
Tickets should be available on the door but to guarantee entry, please buy them in advance! Tickets take the form of wristbands and must be purchased for and worn by anyone over 14. You will not be able to buy food or drinks without a wristband!
By car
The Club is at LE15 8QB
Empingham is conveniently situated on the A606 between Oakam and Stamford, just a few miles from the A1.
The Club can be found on Exton Road, about 100 yards north of the centre of Empingham. Please drive carefully through our village!
Free parking is available. Please follow the signs / volunteers' directions.
By public transport
The nearest railway stations are at Oakham or Stamford where taxis are available. Sunday timetables are limited, however.
There are no public buses running on Sundays.
