We kindly ask all guests to review our policies before booking an appointment. These policies are designed to protect our guests, our staff, and the relaxing environment we strive to provide.
WOMEN ONLY:
Empire Head Spa currently provides services for women only.
DEPOSIT & APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION
A $30 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
We understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit.
NO-SHOWS
If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not contact us in advance, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your service may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest, and the full service price may still apply. If you are significantly late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
HEALTH & MEDICAL CONDITIONS
For your safety, please inform us before your appointment if you:
* are pregnant;
* have allergies or sensitivities;
* have a scalp or skin condition;
* have open wounds, irritation, infection, or recent surgery;
* have hair extensions or have recently received chemical or other hair treatments;
* have any medical condition that could make massage, steam, microcurrent, or other treatments unsuitable for you.
Our Head Spa services are provided for relaxation, beauty, and wellness purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Our services and consultations do not constitute medical advice. If you have a medical condition or are unsure whether a treatment is appropriate for you, please consult your healthcare provider before your appointment.
INDIVIDUAL RESULTS
Every person’s hair, scalp, skin, and body are different and may respond differently to our services. We cannot guarantee specific cosmetic, hair-growth, scalp, pain-relief, therapeutic, or other individual results.
SECURITY & VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
For the safety and security of our guests and staff, video surveillance is in use on our premises. Our security cameras are positioned only toward the entrance/door area to monitor who enters and exits the premises and to help maintain a safe environment for everyone. No audio is recorded.
The cameras are not directed toward the treatment area and do not capture clients’ bodies during treatments, changing, undressing, or dressing. Client privacy is extremely important to us. Security footage is used solely for safety, security, and incident documentation purposes. It is not used for marketing or promotional purposes and is not publicly shared. Access to security footage is restricted, and recordings may only be reviewed when necessary in connection with a safety or security concern, an incident or dispute, or when required by law. By entering our premises and receiving services, guests acknowledge that video surveillance is in use.
PHOTOS & VIDEOS FOR SOCIAL MEDIA
Security footage is completely separate from any photos or videos created for social media or promotional purposes. We will always ask for your permission before taking or using identifiable photos or videos of you for social media, advertising, or other promotional purposes. Declining permission will not affect your service in any way.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Please keep your personal belongings with you. Empire Head Spa is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal items.
CHILDREN & ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Our space is designed to provide a quiet and relaxing experience. Please avoid bringing children or additional guests unless this has been approved by us in advance.
PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT & RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Empire Head Spa is committed to maintaining a safe, professional, respectful, and comfortable environment for both our guests and our staff.
We reserve the right to refuse, discontinue, or immediately terminate a service in the event of inappropriate, aggressive, threatening, discriminatory, sexual, harassing, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior. Any inappropriate sexual behavior, exposure, requests for sexual services, unwanted physical contact, harassment, threats, or conduct that makes a staff member or another guest feel unsafe will result in the immediate termination of the service. In such circumstances, the guest may be asked to leave the premises immediately, and the appointment may remain fully chargeable.
PAYMENT
The remaining balance for your service is due at the time of your appointment.
