My role is not to do the thinking for you, but to help you reflect more clearly, understand what is happening underneath the surface, and develop the tools to support yourself in a way that feels right for you.
This approach helps build autonomy, confidence, and a stronger ability to navigate challenges for yourself.
Results can vary depending on your goals, current challenges, and how consistently you practise what we explore together.
Generally, many people can begin to build emotional tolerance, the ability to sit with and feel what they are feeling without becoming overwhelmed, within 6–12 sessions.
However, developing the deeper ability to identify, understand, and support your emotions is a skill. Like any skill, it takes time, practice, and consistency. For many people, this can take ongoing effort over months, and often 12–18 months before it starts to feel more natural and automatic.
The aim is not to rush the process, but to help you build emotional awareness and self-support in a way that feels steady, practical, and sustainable.
