This privacy policy applies to the Emotional Garden app (“Application”) created by Annirdev (“Service Provider”) as a free mobile application. The Application is provided “AS IS”.
Emotional Garden is designed to respect your privacy and collect minimal information.

Device type and operating system
App usage statistics
Time spent using the Application
Crash and performance diagnostics
This information is used only to improve the Application experience and performance.
The Application does not collect:
Precise location data
Contact information
Financial information
Personal identity information
Any moods, reflections, or emotional entries created inside the Application are stored locally on your device and/or securely synced through Apple iCloud services if enabled by the user.
The Service Provider does not access or read your private emotional entries.
The Application does not currently use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process personal user data.
The Application may use third-party services provided by Apple, such as:
iCloud Sync
App Store Analytics
Crash Reporting
These services may collect anonymized technical data according to Apple’s privacy policies.
User-generated content remains stored on your device unless deleted by the user.
You may remove all data at any time by:
Deleting entries inside the app
Uninstalling the Application
Disabling iCloud synchronization
The Application is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
